I set up this blog to work out rough writing ideas, mostly poems, maybe jokes that work better on paper, story fragments, whatever.

Hey, sorry man, I've been neglecting this blog lately (and yours -any fresh pics of Jenny? must check...). Darryl was awesome, always a super nice guy to hang with after the show, and he brings that same persona to the stage. Most comics adopt personas -they're extensions of themselves, as I don't think any comic can be successful without being true to their voice, but they are exagerations of course. With Darryl, he is the same funny, down-to-earth, (and yeah sometimes sexist) guy onstage as off. And that is really refreshing, as well as the way he doesn't even have to exagerate his delivery, he is just naturally funny. One of my faves, hands down.
